Pick n Pay confirms private label growth |

In its latest annual report for the year to end-February 2010, Pick n Pay confirms that its sales of private label and housebrand products have been particularly strong.
According to CEO, Nick Badminton, "we have had tremendous success in
growing our private label and Fresh food sales by 15% and 17%
respectively".
He says that the group will, in the next financial year, focus on,
among other areas, making further improvements to the quality and range
of the Fresh food and private label products.
